Make payments according to the agreed schedule and payment terms specified in your service contract.
Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards related to the services being provided.

Comply with all safety requirements and regulations at the service location, and ensure a safe working environment for our personnel.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, software, and compilation of data, is the property of BSL PRO SIA or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Payment Terms
All prices for services are quoted in Euros (EUR) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.
Payment terms will be specified in individual service contracts. Typically, we require an advance payment before commencing work, with the balance due upon completion or according to agreed milestones.
Late payments may incur interest charges at the rate permitted by applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend services until outstanding payments are settled.
All quoted prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, or fees, which will be added to invoices as required by law.
7. Warranty and Guarantees
We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner, in accordance with industry standards and applicable regulations.
Any warranty claims must be made in writing within the warranty period specified in the service contract. Our obligation under warranty is limited to re-performing the defective service or refunding the fees paid for that specific service.
Warranty does not cover issues arising from improper use, unauthorized modifications, failure to maintain equipment, or factors beyond our reasonable control.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement by providing written notice as specified in the individual contract. Early termination may result in fees for work completed and costs incurred up to the termination date.
We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if the Client breaches these Terms, fails to make required payments, or engages in conduct that we determine may harm our reputation or business.
Upon termination, the Client must pay all outstanding fees and charges. Provisions regarding intellectual property, confidentiality, and limitation of liability shall survive termination.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Latvia.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
